Mahvash Mujahid graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Medicine in 2011 with her doctorate in medicine and completed her residency at VCU-Fairfax Family Practice in 2014 in Family Medicine. Mahvash remains at VCU-Fairfax Family Practice as associate teaching faculty working closely with medical students, residents, faculty colleagues and advance practice providers. She continues to be an active participant in the global and community health track. She is passionate about pediatric and women’s health and cultural/sub-cultural health disparities. Her avid interest include the fine and performing arts as well as an interest in travel. She currently resides with family in Herndon, Virginia.
